• When you call a business that uses our service: your phone number, call time, and a recording or transcript of the call where permitted, used to provide the service to that business.
• Basic website usage data, such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, send text messages you have requested or consented to, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

SMS / text messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in (for example, by checking the consent box on our form, or by calling a business that uses our service and requesting a booking link), you agree to receive text messages from Avalon AI or the business you contacted, such as booking links, appointment-related information, and replies to your inquiry.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging provider) that help us deliver messages.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, telephony, messaging and hosting providers), with the business you contacted, or when required by law.

Medical information

Our AI receptionist does not provide medical advice. Medical questions are passed to the business's staff. Please don't share sensitive health details over text.

Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing keith@avalonaihq.com.
